How much does The Tour Master tour and travel software cost?
₹49,999 for the first year on either plan, which covers onboarding plus the first year's subscription for 5 users. From the second year, Pro renews at ₹9,999 per year and Pro + AI at ₹14,999 per year. Additional users beyond 5 are ₹999 per user per year. All prices are exclusive of GST.
What's the difference between the Pro and Pro + AI plans?
Both plans include every core module and full fleet management. Pro + AI adds the AI Travel Assistant — AI-drafted itineraries and quotations, costing help, fleet and operations questions, profitability insights and plain-language questions over your data. The first-year price is the same; only the renewal differs.
What if my team has more than 5 users?
Both plans include 5 users. Each additional user is ₹999 per user per year, so you only pay for the seats you actually need.
Can I manage my own vehicles and drivers?
Yes. Fleet management is included in every plan — vehicles, driver assignment and duty slips, trip and km logs, fuel and maintenance, document and permit expiry alerts, and an availability calendar. Fleet costs flow straight into booking profitability.
Is The Tour Master off-the-shelf, or built around my agency?
It's a purpose-built product for travel agencies and tour operators, not a bespoke custom-dev engagement — but onboarding configures it to your packages, vendors, rate structures, fleet and team roles. If your workflow needs something fully custom beyond that, our custom SaaS development is the better fit.
Does the AI ever invent vendor prices?
No. The AI Assistant only uses rates that exist in your Vendor Rate Management. If a rate is missing or unverified, it says so clearly instead of guessing, and asks for the price to be entered or confirmed.
Can the AI create bookings or send quotations on its own?
For any action that changes your data — creating a booking, sending a quotation, updating a rate — the AI shows what it intends to do and asks for confirmation first. Actions run through a permission-controlled system and are logged to an audit trail.
Do I need to migrate all my vendor and rate data before I can start?
No. You can start with the Vendor Intelligence Foundation (vendors, services, rates) and grow into automated costing and the full AI Assistant as your data builds up.
Is my customer and business data used to power anyone else's assistant?
