Is this an off-the-shelf app, or is it built around my agency?
It's a purpose-built product for travel agencies and tour operators, not a bespoke custom-dev engagement — but it's configured to your packages, vendors, rate structures and team roles. If your workflow needs something fully custom beyond that, our custom SaaS development is the better fit.
Does the AI ever invent vendor prices?
No. The AI Assistant only uses rates that exist in your Vendor Rate Management. If a rate is missing or unverified, it says so clearly instead of guessing, and asks for the price to be entered or confirmed.
Can the AI create bookings or send quotations on its own?
For any action that changes your data — creating a booking, sending a quotation, updating a rate — the AI shows what it intends to do and asks for confirmation first. Actions run through a permission-controlled system and are logged to an audit trail.
Do I need to migrate all my vendor and rate data before I can start?
No. The product is built in phases — you start with the Vendor Intelligence Foundation (vendors, services, rates) and grow into automated costing and the full AI Assistant as your data builds up.
Can travel agents and B2B partners use the system directly?
Yes. Agent and B2B management tracks bookings, commissions, payment history, credit limits and performance, so partners can be given access without exposing your full internal data.
Is my customer and business data used to power anyone else's assistant?
