Monthly SaaS Subscription
A low recurring fee covers cloud hosting, database, daily automated backups, SSL, uptime monitoring, and transactional emails. Billed from go-live.
Annual AMC (from Year 2)
Covers bug fixes, minor enhancements, security patches, and priority support. Keeps your software healthy and evolving without paying for a full rebuild.

Why don't you publish fixed prices?
Every business is different. A company with 3 modules and 5 users has very different requirements from one needing 10 modules, complex workflows, and 50 users. We scope each project properly so you only pay for what you actually need.
How is the development fee structured?
Typically split into milestones — advance on signing, a payment at UAT (User Acceptance Testing), and the final amount at go-live. This keeps both sides accountable throughout the project.
What does the monthly SaaS fee include?
Cloud hosting, PostgreSQL database, daily automated backups, SSL certificate, uptime monitoring, and transactional emails (approval alerts, invoice reminders, AMC notifications).
Can I start with fewer modules and add more later?
Absolutely. The platform is modular by design. Start with what you need today — Sales & CRM or Procurement — and we add modules as your business grows. Additional modules are scoped and priced separately.
What does AMC cover from Year 2 onwards?
Bug fixes, minor feature enhancements (up to a fixed hours/month), security updates, and priority support. Major new modules or significant feature changes are scoped separately.
Do you charge GST?
Yes. All amounts are exclusive of GST at 18% (CGST + SGST for intra-state, IGST for inter-state transactions), as applicable under Indian tax law.
