How much does The Tour Master cost for 10 users?
For 10 users: Pro: ₹54,994 in year 1, then ₹14,994/year; Pro + AI: ₹54,994 in year 1, then ₹19,994/year (excl. GST). That's the plan price plus 5 additional users at ₹999 each per year.
Is GST included in the price?
No. All prices are exclusive of GST at 18% (CGST + SGST for intra-state, IGST for inter-state), as applicable under Indian tax law.
Are there any hidden costs?
No. The first-year price covers onboarding and the first year's subscription for 5 users. You only pay extra for additional users or any custom development you request.
What's the difference between the Pro and Pro + AI plans?
Both plans include every core module and full fleet management. Pro + AI adds the AI Travel Assistant — AI-drafted itineraries and quotations, costing help, fleet and operations questions, profitability insights and plain-language questions over your data. The first-year price is the same; only the renewal differs.
Is fleet management charged separately?
No. Vehicles, drivers, duty slips, trip and km logs, fuel, maintenance and document expiry alerts are included in both plans at no extra cost.
